We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day using DPD or other commercial couriers. This means that for all IRE orders your Halloween HQ package is likely to be with you the next working day after despatch. Please allow 48 hours after despatch for UK orders to reach you.

Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be satisfied and happy with the costumes, decorations and accessories that you have purchased from Halloween HQ.  As a company we take our responsibility surrounding the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (SI 484/2013) very seriously. 


Online purchases: 

If you bought your item(s) on website and you wish to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of item  You must then return the item with 14 days of such notification to us. To do this, please follow the steps below: 

1. Email us at detailing your order number, and the item(s) you would like to return. Our Customer Services team will forward a returns form for completion to be included with your return.  If you do not have access to email, you may contact us by phone or post to notify us of your intention to cancel or return.  You can find our address and phone number in the contact us section of this website.  The returns \ cancellation form will include your returns number allowing more efficient processing of your returns particularly during busy periods. You can also download the returns\cancellation form by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.

2. Pack up your return in its original packaging with your Returns Form.  If you do not have the original packaging please ensure you pack the items so that they cannot get damaged in transit.

3. Send your parcel to Halloween HQ c/o Autofill Ltd, Unit B3 Deerpark Industrial Estate, Oranmore, Co. Galway.

4. Refund - Refund will be made to your original payment method. This will be done within 14 days of notification.

5. Faulty item - Should the item you have purchased from be faulty please contact our Customer Services team at

Quality of Returns 

We advise you to return all unwanted items well packaged as if we receive any item(s) in a used or unsalable condition; we may not be able to offer a full refund.  Please note you may handle the products purchased as much as is necessary in order to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Store purchases:

You can exchange goods within 24 hours in the store where goods were purchased, provided they have not been removed from their packaging. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Order Cancellation:

Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (SI 484/2013), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered.

Order Cancellation Pre-Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to cancel this for you. To enable us to do this, please contact us immediately at  Should your order have already been picked and packed, please refer to the Order Cancellation Post-Shipment policy below.

Order Cancellation Post-Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (SI 484/2013), you may send this back to us for a full refund within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your order.
