If you want to return or exchange products, you can, as long as we receive them back to our warehouse within 15 days from the date of delivery in a resellable condition. We’re sorry but we don’t accept returns on confectionery, personalised products, helium canisters, pre-filled party bags, pants, hosiery or wigs. Fancy dress costumes that include a wig can be returned providing the wig is unworn and the packaging seal is unbroken. Any queries please contact Customer Services on 1800 806 930.
Please note that we won’t cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, and if a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid. All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for reselling, we won’t process the refund and we’ll return it to you.
