Store Exchange Policy

In addition to your legal rights, Halloween HQ is happy to offer an exchange on most* goods, when purchased on or between Friday 1st September 2017 and Sunday 22nd October 2017.  Returned items must be accompanied with the receipt, in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase**.

However, all goods must be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags, labels & seals.

Purchases made on or between Monday 23rd October 2017 and Tuesday 31st October are not included on our additional exchange policy.


We reserve the right to refuse to exchange items returned as part of our additional exchange policy that are not returned with a receipt or returned in a re-saleable condition.

With regards purchases that are part of our 4 for 3 promotion, you must also return any free items for us to process.

*For health, safety and hygiene reasons, certain goods will not be subject to the above policy.  This includes: Hats, wigs and hair accessories, facial hair including false eyelashes, make-up and face paints, latex and fake blood, earrings, masks or disguises that cover the eyes, nose/or mouth, eye accessories including contact lenses, fangs and other false teeth, nails, hosiery, undergarments or any item used as underwear.

**If you have purchased your item using our in-store ordering service, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to return the item accompanied by your dispatch confirmation email.

The last day of trading for our seasonal stores will be Tuesday 31st October 2017.
